User Review
( votes)Welcome to my White Software Lab review. My name is Hai Nguyen.
I’ve been working with digital products for a long time. And here’s the hard truth: a lot of people want to sell software but never do. The barriers are real. Building costs a lot of money. Hosting is not easy. It takes years to learn technical skills. And by the time you’re ready, you’re already tired.
You look into things. You make plans. You hire people to code. You have to wait months. And you still get bugs, delays, and empty bank accounts.
I looked into White Software Lab, which is set to launch on March 9, 2026, and promises to fix all of this. The main pitch is simple: get 50 ready-to-sell software apps, change the name to yours, and start selling right away. No coding, no hosting problems, and no technical problems.
It has built-in features like one-click rebranding, cloud hosting, done-for-you sales pages, and payment integration.
White Software Lab is for you if you want to start your own business, become a digital marketer, or get into the software business without having to deal with the usual problems.
But this review will really do one thing: cut through the hype and show you what this is, what it isn’t, and whether or not you should buy it.

What is White Software Lab and how does it work?
White Software Lab is a cloud-based platform that lets you use 50 ready-made software programmes. You can give each app a new name, logo, and price, and then sell them as your own products.
Here’s the basic order:
- You sign in to the dashboard and look through the 50 apps.
- You choose the app you want to sell.
- You type in the name and price of your product.
- The system, Cohortia, makes a fully branded version.
- The platform makes a page for sales and a checkout page.
- Payments go straight to your PayPal or Stripe account.
- Customers can use the software right away.
So you don’t have to spend months making software; you can go straight to selling.
There are apps for a lot of different things, like making content, SEO tools, design software, social media management, video tools, and marketing automation. There are no downloads or installations for your customers because all of the apps are web-based.
What I noticed was:
- Easy dashboard: Everything is in one place.
- Quick setup: You can have a branded app up and running in less than 10 minutes.
- No technical requirements: You don’t work with code or servers.
- Included in the payment integration: Stripe and PayPal work right away
This is important because most software companies fail right away. White Software Lab gets rid of that problem. But getting rid of barriers doesn’t mean you’ll be successful—more on that later.

Features and Benefits of White Software Lab
50 Software Apps That Are Ready to Sell
The software library is the main part. You get 50 working apps that cover profitable niches. Every app is already built and ready to use.
It’s clear what the benefit is: you don’t have to go through the development phase. No hiring programmers. No waiting for months. No testing for bugs. The apps are real and work.
But here’s the truth: these are just basic tools that come with templates. They won’t be able to compete with high-end software like SEMrush or Canva. They’re best for people who are just starting out or who are on a tight budget and need simple solutions.
Don’t think of them as the best products on the market; think of them as starter tools.
System for Rebranding with One Click
You type in the name of the product, upload a logo, set the price, and click “Publish.” The system makes a branded version of that app with your own information automatically.
This is really helpful. You usually need design skills and technical know-how to rebrand. White Software Lab does all of this automatically.
The downside is that you can only change the name, logo, and colours of the brand. You can’t change the features or how they work. Everyone who buys this platform will be able to use the same apps.
Included: Cloud Hosting
White Software Lab’s servers host all of the apps. Hosting is free for you. You don’t take care of servers. You don’t have to worry about uptime or safety.
Hosting 50 apps on their own could cost $200 to $500 a month, so this saves a lot of money.
The problem is that you are completely reliant on their infrastructure. Your whole business goes away if the platform goes down. You can’t move to your own hosting because you don’t have the source code.
That said, the vendor (Richard Fairbairn) has a history of keeping platforms up and running for years, so the chance of a sudden shutdown is low. However, you should still be aware of this dependency.
Sales Pages That Are Done For You
Every app comes with a sales page that has already been written. The writing is professional and meant to get people to buy. You can use it as it is or change it to fit your needs.
This means you don’t have to hire copywriters or try to write sales copy yourself.
The bad thing is that everyone gets the same sales pages. There will be 1,000 sales pages that look the same if 1,000 people buy White Software Lab. It’s your job to make things different.
Central Management Dashboard
You control everything from one dashboard:
- Look at all 50 apps
- Keep an eye on sales and customer accounts
- Get to the admin panels for each app
- Turn apps on and off
- Change prices at any time
- Export customer information for email marketing
This makes things easy to do. You’re not using a lot of different tools or platforms.
Built-in Payment Integration
There is support for both Stripe and PayPal. When someone buys your rebranded app, the money goes straight to your bank account. No hard setup. You don’t have to set up any third-party payment processors.
This really saves time and gets rid of a common technical problem.
Help and Training
White Software Lab has:
- Video lessons that show you how to do things step by step
- Live webinars to help new users get started during launch week
- A database of information that can be searched
- Email support team available 24/7
- A private group on Facebook
This is important because most people who buy this won’t know much about technology. The training helps close that gap.
What You Need to Know About Realistic Limits
Market Saturation is Unavoidable
Here’s the math: if 1,000 people buy White Software Lab and each person can use all 50 apps, there could be 50,000 of the same product on the market.
Everyone will have:
- The same apps
- The same things
- The same pages for selling
- The same place
What makes you different? That’s your problem. The platform doesn’t fix the problem of differentiation; it makes it worse.
The quality of the software won’t matter; only your marketing skills will matter.
Quality is Basic, Not Premium
You won’t get professional-grade software for $0.90 per app. It costs between $10,000 and $100,000 or more to make real software.
These apps probably use a lot of the same scripts and templates with only a few changes. They’ll do the job for basic needs, but they won’t impress experienced users or compete with tools that are already well-known.
Make sure your expectations are in line with what you want.
You’re building on land you rent.
You don’t own the code that makes it work. You don’t have control over the servers. You can’t move to independent hosting. White Software Lab needs to keep running for your whole business to work.
You are still in danger even though the vendor is trustworthy if:
- They change the way the business works
- They charge monthly fees.
- They turned off certain apps.
- They give the company to new owners.
This isn’t a problem for short-term income, but it makes it very hard to build long-term business equity.
There Are Real Hidden Costs
The $47 is just the cost to get in. To really be successful, you’ll need:
- Paid ads can bring in traffic for $500 to $5,000 or more, or SEO work can take months.
- Email marketing and analytics cost between $50 and $200 a month.
- Time commitment: at least 10 to 20 hours a week for marketing and support
- Customer support: You have to help customers use software that you didn’t make.
Most beginners don’t realise how much these costs are and quit within 90 days.
Too Much Emphasis on Income Potential
The ads say “instant business” and “100% profits,” but the numbers tell a different story:
- Most buyers will not make any sales, but 5% to 10% might make $100 to $500.
- 1 to 2 percent could make more than $1,000.
- Very few will make money that lasts.
To be successful, you need to be able to market well, have an audience or ad budget, and stand out in a crowded market.
Who Should (and Shouldn’t) Buy White Software Lab
Good Fit For:
✅ People who want to try reselling software without spending a lot of money
✅ Business owners who can add these as extras to their products
✅ Agencies that need white-label tools to help their clients
✅ Anyone who needs a few of these tools for their own use
✅ Strategic learners who are willing to spend time learning about marketing
Not a good fit for:
❌ People who want to get rich quickly and expect passive income
❌ People who don’t know how to market or have any money for it
❌ Anyone who needs money right away to pay bills
❌ Long-term business builders who want to sell things
❌ Sellers who care about quality are up against high-end software
My Final Honest Opinion
After a thorough review of White Software Lab, here is my fair evaluation:
What it really is: A real, low-cost way to start reselling software with 50 basic tools, cloud hosting, and rebranding rights from a trustworthy seller.
It’s not a way to get rich quickly, professional-grade software, a way to make money without doing anything, or a long-term business asset.
Should you buy it?
If you want to buy the $47 front-end:
- You want to learn how to market software with as little risk as possible.
- You need some of these tools for your own use anyway.
- You know how much work it will take to get there.
- You see this as a chance to learn, not a sure way to make money.
Don’t buy the upsells unless:
- You are a marketer with a lot of experience and a lot of fans.
- You have a clear plan for how to sell the PLR package again.
- You’ve already tried the front end and seen some interest.
The Bottom Line
There is no scam with White Software Lab. You will get what you paid for: 50 software apps that you can rebrand and sell. You can trust the vendor. The hosting will probably stay stable for a long time.
But success isn’t easy or certain. Your marketing, persistence, and ability to stand out are what make you successful, not the software.
It’s a reasonable risk for learning and testing at $47. If you’re not an experienced marketer with a clear plan for how to make money, it’s not worth it at $522.
What I suggest: Start with the $47 front end only. Try it out. Take something away from it. If you see real value and traction, think about the upsells later. If not, you only spent $47 on a valuable lesson about what it really takes to run a software business.
Keep in mind that making it easier to get in doesn’t mean you don’t need skill, hard work, and a plan. White Software Lab gives you the tools you need. You can make whatever you want with them.
Score: 6.5 out of 10. Only recommended for the right person who has realistic expectations.
