To start the video creation, you can either choose the Manual Mode or the AI Wizard (only through upsell 2’s purchase)

In case you start the manual mode, you can either choose an empty project or choose from the template gallery.

If you choose to create from a template, you will see a wide range of video slides and scenes like this.

And you can insert as many slides as you want. Basically, you shouldn’t be limited in terms of slides to create. If you generate from the AI Wizard, the AI will automatically fill in any blanks for you.

There’s an AI engine, and that AI will generate a doodle-style asset for you. 1 credit equals 1 image; this means if you generate with 4 variations, then this will cost you 4 credits.

Furthermore, you can upload an image from other resources; the software will turn that image into Doodle Sketch video assets, but the maximum path on that image for the main offer is 700.

So, you just need to provide an asset for each video scene until you finish the process.

And you can choose how it displays, such as hand drawing, wiping, sliding, popping, or fading. Once you finish the process, you can render your video.

The best of its kind, together with Powtoon, with the update of AI, of course, has updated the engine to be suitable with the AI industry.

3. Doodly

The hottest one-time price Doodle video maker since 2020. Unlike InstaDoodle, Doodly has a more varied doodle assets library, and you can create video with any dimension, while InstaDoodle only permits horizontal video.

However, Doodly doesn’t have AI features at present, and I see no sign that they will add AI-generated image assets or automatic script writing in the future. Furthermore, you can only voice record yourself; you can only use text-to-speech or use an external voice track if you purchase Talkia, which is another software of Voomly Cloud.

To sum up, I hope that my Instadoodle review is helpful enough for you to make a decision either to purchase it or not. And obviously, InstaDoodle is a video creator that is actually delivering; it’s definitely not a scam.

I know the AI credit system can be something people dislike, but you must understand this. Whenever you use an AI engine, a GPU is consumed, and the software owner will need to pay a recurring fee to a third-party provider. If every customer is using as many AI image generators as they want, then it’s likely that the software owner will not get a profit, and thus, they are not motivated to continue enhancing the system.

Furthermore, if you look at the market of AI video generators, you can see most software right now has a monthly pricing fee, so a price of $47 per month for unlimited credits is not an expensive price if you compare it with the market.

But please keep in mind that you can still create unlimited videos if you just buy the main offer. The limitation is the AI credit to generate video elements such as doodle images, and the credit in-app purchase will remove that limitation. You cannot judge a vendor as a scam and rate them just 1 star just by a small factor like this.

If you look at the benefit, it’s still good value software. You are not limited in terms of how many slides you can create. And you can still create multiple styles, not just hand-drawing doodle-style videos.
