ZeroWork Review: How to Use It
Here’s the member’s area once you login.
Before using, you need to install the desktop app first, which is an agent.
Then, you can integrate ChatGPT and Google Sheets.
Here’s the drag & drop taskbot builder after you click the new taskbot.
As you can see, there are numerous actions you can incorporate into the workflow.
For example, you can choose Click Web Element. This way, you need to determine the exact text on the website you have chosen to click. When you click that element, another workflow task will occur.
If you have a ChatGPT account and have integrated your ChatGPT API Key with the system, it will automatically prompt you. The system will automatically prompt you to provide your ChatGPT account information. However, that’s the raw GPT, not the custom-built ChatGPT.
Once you are pleased with the TaskBot, you can click on Run.
Then, the agent, which is the desktop application you downloaded before, will open a new browser to perform the action. And by default, it will not appear in browsing history.
Also, you can schedule how frequently it is for each TaskBot. This will occur automatically. Once you have created numerous tasks with multiple actions, you will see the true value of ZeroWork; this leads to a significantly higher level of productivity.
By default, all the taskbots will be inCognito.
You can also select the non-incognito and regular browser if you prefer.
Also, if you don’t customize settings, all the Incognito’s browsers will automatically close after the bot is completed. Therefore, if you wish to continue browsing, you must opt to remain on the page after the bot has finished running.
If you have a webhook with third-party services, like Zapier, you can integrate too to automate even more tasks.

What people say about The tool
So very good so far
I have owned many automated tools but this one surprised me.
Contrary to what I thought, I had to open the browser and the software would simulate the operation and occupy the browser like other software.
We can run many tasks simultaneously, each running on a browser window or run tasks in the background.
The builder is designed in a diagram form so it is easy to understand and the actions are very simple with only a few properties entered—not many and complicated like other software. There are clear and easy-to-understand video instructions.
Nguyen Van Anh: Sumolings with 483 Deals Bought
Overall good, but the UI/UX could be better
It does what it is supposed to do and it does it mostly well. It occasionally fails to select or find an element, but this occurs infrequently—roughly 1 out of every 15.
The flow builder is ok and easy to learn, although I am used to Make.com, which is much more mature in terms of flow building, working with variables, etc.
The process of storing data in tables is somewhat cumbersome. The upside is that it can store data directly in Google Sheets.
The money was well spent considering the price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can ZeroWork enable two TaskBots to run the same exact task flow on two different PCs simultaneously?
Whatever the run type it is—scheduled, webhook-triggered or manual—you cannot run the same TaskBot on the *same* device.
Is it possible to prompt user input?
Yes, that’s possible.
Although there is no building block that does exactly that out of the box, you can add this one-liner to the Write JS block ‘prompt(“Enter your input”)’ You can then save the input to a variable or column.
You will also need to add a Browser Alert building block in order to accept the prompt.
Can we create multiple unique taskbots and distribute one or more unique taskbots to clients who would then run the taskbots on their own time schedule?
Yes, they would need to purchase a ZeroWork license to do so.
This is a white label feature that is currently unavailable but will be available soon. It makes distributing TaskBots to clients easier, eliminating the need for a paid ZeroWork account.
How many concurrent tasks can ZeroWork support?
Depending on the use case (some websites can consume more resources than others), a typical Mac or Windows PC can accommodate 5–15 concurrent runs without slowing down. More powerful machines can do more.
